About The Clearbox Group:

The Clearbox Group is a growing, award-winning collection of companies that create conversations, craft content and connect communities. Our work impacts brands, audiences and communities locally, nationally and around the world. We’re 12 years old and we have 13 people across our teams.

We’re looking for a super organised, proactive, and brilliant Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. If you’re someone who loves keeping things running smoothly and helping a team thrive, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Role overview:

As our Office Manager, you’ll be at the centre of The Clearbox Group office, making sure everything stays organised, efficient, and fun.

You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks, from managing supplies and scheduling meetings to being the first point of contact for our amazing clients and visitors. If you love the idea of supporting a growing team while making our beautiful office feel welcoming, then this is the role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine – from handling day-to-day operations to managing supplies and inventories.

• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and office events, and making sure everything and everyone stays on track.

• Being the friendly face of The Clearbox Group, welcoming visitors with a warm smile.

• Keeping the office tidy and organised, from the kitchen to the common areas, so everyone feels comfortable.

• Helping with administrative tasks like record keeping, booking travel, and supporting the team in any way you can.

• Assisting with onboarding new team members and making sure they feel at home in the office.

• Helping with basic payroll and HR tasks when needed.

• Working with our health and safety manager to make sure policies are kept in check (while making sure it’s a happy and safe place to work!).

• Jumping in with other fun tasks as they come up – every day is a little different…

What we’re looking for:

• A friendly, detail-oriented person who loves to run a tight ship.

• Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar role is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – you’ll often be the first point of contact for our suppliers and visitors, so a warm and welcoming tone is key.

• Tech-savvy. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack is a bonus.

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude – we are all team players who like to get **** done.

• A passion for creating a positive, productive atmosphere where everyone can thrive.

• A desire to work on your own development – we want to help you grow while you help us to grow. This is a two-way street!

Why you’ll love working with us:

• We have a supportive, inclusive culture that nurtures growth.

• We have a fantastic, modern, safe and sustainable office space right in the heart of Belfast city centre.

• We offer an award-winning benefits and training programmes (we’ve won the Best Employee Development Programme award at the Irish News Workplace and Employment awards for the last two years).

• Flexibility to work part-time, with a fun and supportive team.

• A welcoming office where your contributions truly matter – we value every team member, and your input is always appreciated.

• A chance to be part of an exciting, growing company where no two days are the same.

Our values are important to us, so before you hit send on your application, make sure you align with the below.

• Don’t be a dick. We respect each other, we respect our clients, we respect our suppliers, and we respect ourselves.
