In the summer of 2020, the great people at Zoopla appointed us for a regional communications brief with a specific focus on key areas of the UK.
Create a regular stream of press coverage in highly targeted regional media through a press office campaign, mirroring marketing activities, designed to help property owners get ready for their next big move.
Working with Zoopla's PR team, we created a series of engaging and informative stories to help educate and inform property owners with the hope of inspiring them to move to their next home.
From case studies of homeowners talking about what they wish they knew before purchasing a property to a list of the most popular postcodes in some of the UK's hottest property destinations, we secured 55 pieces of regional press coverage in tier one media during the campaign.
We had so much fun that we did it all again during the winter months of 2020 and into 2021, this time with a focus on research. We're currently planning our next batch of stories with the team for 2022, spread over a wider geographical area of the UK.
Our work with Zoopla helped us win two CIPR Pride Gold Awards in 2021 too.
