As part of our mission to recruit and train the best young talent this country has to offer, we’re creating two new positions on our team: a graduate job for someone who has left or will shortly leave university, and a placement year position. The placement position is new for us - it’s the first time we’ve ever done it.

Graduates - does this sound like you…?

- Are you a 2nd year university student looking for a year of experience in the PR industry?

- Do you want to attend an array of different internal and external training sessions to enhance your professional and personal skills?

What a day looks like at Clearbox…

- Keeping yourself and the team up to date with daily news headlines.

- Writing press releases for clients which are then covered in local and national media. These stories can vary from profile case studies to community support stories or brand launches.

- Pitching stories to media outlets across the UK and Ireland.

- Building media relationships with journalists, influencers and clients.

- Writing blog posts about your interests and passions - which are then shared publicly across our social channels.

- Creating media and influencer lists to ensure we are targeting relevant people when pitching stories or dropping products.

- Attending client calls to build a relationship, and to find out their ideas and vision for their company.

- Internal and external training opportunities – the topics of these training sessions range from interpersonal skill development to specific training within the PR industry.

- Taking part in team brainstorm meetings to discuss potential ideas for new clients.
