2026 is well and truly underway, and in the spirit of all things new, this week we thought we would re-introduce ourselves to those of you who are just after climbing onto the bandwagon (welcome!)

We’re Clearbox – (obvs) – a Belfast based, full-service communications agency with a “London vibe.”  We’ve spent the last 13 years delivering standout communications campaigns locally, nationally and across the globe.

How we got here

Since our humble beginnings in 2013, Clearbox has changed a lot. We’ve worked with countless brilliant clients, welcomed many great people to our team and managed to have a real laugh along the way. We’ve navigated four office moves (though we’re definitely staying where we are now forever), Brexit, a global pandemic and the emergence of AI. It’s been busy. 

We began life with one simple goal – to create a ‘London’ PR agency in Ireland. We set off trying to bring some of the world’s biggest and best brands to Belfast and luckily, we managed to do just that. Highlights include celebrating our 10th birthday in New York, joining forces with our sister agency Laika in Berlin, and marking over a decade of working with Amazon in 2025. Over the years, we’ve worked with many other amazing household names like Deliveroo, Proximo Spirits, Oatly, and Sony to name but a few…

13 years after opening our doors, our mission remains the same as always. Help happy people to do great work, and have some fun along the way!

Across all stages of our evolution, we’ve always been a team of passionate storytellers, who enjoy nothing better than cutting through the noise and sharing good news from some of our favourite brands. 

The past couple of years alone have been full of changes in the world of communications, and we’ve learned that exploring new avenues and pivoting accordingly is all part and parcel of agency life. If you don’t change, you die (figuratively speaking, of course). 

Our response to this? Building a team that understands the contemporary media landscape, who thrive in exploring new trends in communication alongside traditional modes of PR for our wonderful client partners. A team that can move fast without cutting corners. We’re a full-service agency, meaning whatever it is you need, the odds are one of us has the skills and expertise to help.
