Brief: help Amazon support and champion community causes across the UK and Ireland.
Clearbox has worked with Amazon since 2015. One of our focus areas for the company is supporting its Community Engagement (CE) team. The CE team is responsible for managing Amazon’s community support programme, working with charities, schools and voluntary organisations in the UK and Ireland to provide financial and volunteering support.
Clearbox’s role with the CE team includes managing communications between Amazon and organisations who have requested support, matching these organisations with Amazon buildings geographically.
Clearbox manages community support requests from the moment they contact Amazon until they receive a donation or volunteering support.
We work with 20+ different charitable organisations and schools on a weekly basis, matching them to Amazon ambassadors for potential support. We guide Amazon ambassadors through the charitable process, helping them to bring support requests to life.
We’re proud to work on this campaign and have seen first-hand the incredible difference Amazon’s support makes to communities in the UK and Ireland. In 2023, we also started supporting Amazon colleagues globally, lending a helping hand during disaster relief programmes in Ukraine and Morocco.
